Portrait Types & Prices
Pet portraits are drawn based on your reference photos.

The pose and lighting in the photo will be replicated in the drawing, although small changes can be made, e.g. removing leads/collars etc.

Portraits can be done in three distinct styles, shown below in the A4 drawings of Milo from the same reference photo.

Reference Photo
Coloured Pencil
A full and detailed render of your pet which aims to faithfully capture the expression and essence of each individual pet, insuring they are unmistakably yours.

Graphite Pencil
An elegant and timeless alternative to coloured pencil, retaining all the detail and life-like qualities.

Ink Pen Sketches
Less detailed and more stylised, these drawings can be done on smaller scales and much faster. Special attention is given to the eyes to make sure the soul of the pet is still captured.

Headshots of single pets on a plain background are the simplest and most common, but full body drawings, multiple pets and detailed backgrounds can also be done on request.
The prices below are for a head portrait of a single subject and exclude shipping fees. Full body portraits or multiple subjects are possible for certain sizes but may have an additional cost. Contact me and we can discuss!
These take between 12 and 35 hours to complete

A4 - £150 / €175
A3 - £210 / €245

I don't like to do these portraits any smaller as the small details that really bring your pet to life are lost on this scale.
Note that prices are subject to change.
